She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Feirn and Margaret Feirn (Carlin); and her brothers, Terrance and Frederick Feirn. She is survived by: her children, Janette Moyer (David), Kathryn Braun (Ronald), Margaret Waite, Gregory Waite (Melanie) and Jacquelyn Jackson (Glenn); her grandson Jeffrey Moyer (Emily); her children, Michelle Mott (Josh), Matthew Braun (Sarah), Rhonda Braun, Travis Braun, Carmen Braun, Phillip Waite, JoAnna Noack (Brandan), Sonja Farley (TJ), Marlina Jackson (Jimmy Skogen) and Dalton Jackson (Victoria Khoo); her great grandchildren, Addison, McKayla, Alexa and Kaden Moyer; her grandchildren, Samuel, Nolan, Veronica Braun, Tucker, Jude, Margo, Harlow, Evangeline, Beatrix Farley, Leona Skogen and Bryson Noack; her brother Conrad Feirn; her sister-in-law Jeanette Waite; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Eleanor Waite.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Joan's memory.
