He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregor Thompson and Rosa Thompson (Steffensen); his wife Betty Ann Byerley; and his brother Arnold. He is survived by: his sons, James (Nancy), Daniel (Rebecca) and Steven Thompson (Kris). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren & seven great great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
