She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Schultz and Marie Schultz (Plamann); and her siblings, Erma Reavis, Lawrence, LeRoy, Ernest, Sidney, Harold and Don Schultz.

She is survived by: her husband Ralph K. Fornstedt; her daughter Joyce Gilmour (Wayne); her grandchildren, Jesse, Paul, Amber Fornstedt, Ken, Serena, Adam (Debbie), Kaleb (Tashicka), Ben Gilmour, Shelly Byrns (Chris), Jeff Bailey (Laura), Danielle Davis (John) and Stephanie Graham (Chris); her brother Everette Schultz (Doris); and her children, Paul Fornstedt and Carol Jean Bailey (Fornstedt). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, along with one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Agrace Hospice Care and/or Peoples Church.
