He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schuring and Lillian Schuring (Brennecka); and his siblings, LaVerne, Kenneth, Roger, Diane, Vicky and Tracey.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lancaster (Kauer); his stepchildren, Michael Lancaster, Terri Sherman (Paul), Todd Lancaster and Mark Lancaster; and his caregivers, Katie, Michelle, Megan, Amanda, David, Marcus and Dr. Kittah. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
