He is survived by: his former wife Pamela S. Vander Kooi; his wife Pam Green; his children, Christopher Green, Michelle Wales (Michael) and Nicholas Green; his grandsons, Michael and Merrick Wales; and his siblings, Diana Rasmussen, Debra Sly (Steve) and Duane Green (Holly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
