It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Schenck of Clinton, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin McDowell and Clara McDowell (Bennett); her husband Marlin Schenck; her sister Sylvia Koran; her cousin Barb Downing; and her aunt Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Berger (Larry) of Clinton, WI, Jerry Schenck (Pam) of South Beloit, IL, Cheryl Keller (Tom) of Clinton, WI and Amber Schenck (Brian Malone) of Clinton, WI; her grandchildren, Brandon, Travis Berger, Heather Perez (Andres), Kristin Schenck, Daniel (Amber), Ashley (Nate Furhman) and Courtney Keller (Logan Schelby); her stepgrandchildren, Sean Fieser and Courtney Harris (Mike); her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Ellyse Schenck, Gabe Zimmerman, Berkley Keller, Jaxson and Emersyn Perez; and her siblings, Shirley Czappa, Kay Hanneman (Mike) and Keith McDowell (Laurie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
