He is survived by: his former wife Carol Jocis; his wife Linda Hulbert (Reinl); his daughters, Melissa Bauer (Todd) and Shelley Billmeier (Ertel); his grandchildren, Urban, Lincoln, Easton, Maximilian and Marceline; his stepchildren, Tyler Hulbert, Jennifer Eder (Fred), Daniel Hulbert (Tara), Gabriel Hulbert (Kerstin), Andrew Hulbert (Aimee) and Noah Hulbert (Stephanie); his brother David Ertel; and his former wife Carol Schroeder (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tim's name.
