We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2022, at the age of 62, Randal N. Hoard of Cleveland, Wisconsin, born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Hoard; his wife Laurie; his son David; and his stepfather John. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hoard (Schelbauer); his friends, Larry, Irene and Green Bay Packers; his girlfriend Louicia; his sisters, Terry and Bonnie; his sons, Matthew, Randal Jr. and Johnny; his stepdaughter Angie; and his close friend Debbie Barbeau. He is also survived by grandchildren; many nieces; and other relatives and friends.
