He is survived by: his son Tony Lukas (Nancy); his grandsons, Adam and Nate Lukas (Amanda); his former wife Kay Henry Branks; his children, Jenifer Branks, Amanda Bolger (Tom) and Michael Branks; his sister Joanne Evans; and also, Juliette Branks (Lukas) and Heidi Grode (Charles).
