He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Horsmann; his daughters, Sarah Monson, Heidi Martin (Jeff) and Kari Williams (Sean); and his siblings, Dan (Kelly) and Sandy Dion (Jerry Phillips). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
