He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Church and Ruby Church (Henry); his siblings, Arthur Ray Church, Marlene Blodgett (Church) and Barbara Church; his nephew Reise Church; his sister Carol Lindberg; his niece Teresa Waterhouse (Blodgett); and his nephews, Paul Blodgett and Bruce Blodgett of North Dakota.
