She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Helgeson. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Nilssen, Michael Helgeson (Jillian), Steven Helgeson (Laurie) and Leon Helgeson Jr. (Marne Meister); and her grandchildren, Jordan Nilssen (Branigan), Jacki Denison (Tyler), Austin and Nathan Burke. She is also survived by 7 Great grandchildren.
Judy remained in her home on the farm through nearly all of the challenges with Parkinson's that she quietly shouldered.
