He was predeceased by: his parents, August and Russell; his sisters, Mary Ann Tweetan (Orrin) and Lucille Vandenburg (Paul); and his former wife Geraldine Winter (Wichner).
He is survived by: his wife LaVerne; his children, Richard Winter (DeAnn) and Patricia Winter; his grandchildren, Matthew Winter and Lisa Land (Randy); his great grandchild Brandon; and his stepchildren, Ronald Lepianka, Joan Casper (Kent) and Jean Bland (Doyle).
Due to COVID-19 mandates a private service will be held with Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman.
