It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Allen Schnell of Clayton, Wisconsin, born in Estherville, Iowa, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harry Schnell; and his nephew Ryan. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Schnell; his children, Martin, Joseph and Deanna Helgeson (Alpha); his wife Karen; his children, Dawn Yeske (Jared), Brigett Balog (Jake), Dustin Schnell, Marty Helgeson (Adrienne) and Joe Helgeson (Kristin); his grandchildren, Jordan Yeske (Jessica), Spencer Yeske, Chelsey Yeske, Keerstin Balog, Hunter Balog, Natalie Schnell, Seth Schnell, Emma Helgeson, Nolan Helgeson, Brady Helgeson, Abraham Helgeson, Elijah Helgeson, Vera Helgeson, Julian Ndebele and Jonah Ndebele; his great grandchildren, Carsyn Yeske, Carter Yeske, Jameson Yeske, Jaxtyn Yeske, Wyatt Groehler, Owen Groehler and Evan Groehler; his siblings, Ed Schnell (Debbie), Rose Gross (Dave), Chris Cavalier, Jeff Schnell (Ann), Jerry Schnell (Kari), Tom Schnell (Cheryl) and Lisa Houx (Paul); and his parents-in-law, Kermit Paulson (Sharon), Ron Paulson (Colleen), Dick Paulson (Donna) and Dale Paulson (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
