He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Eisenschenk. He is survived by: his mother Alyce Eisenschenk; his significant other Diane Collins; his children, Andrew, Emily (Jake) and Allison (Randy); his siblings, Larry (Sharon), Tim, Tom (Debi) and Nita (Tom); and also, David Eisenschenk and Renee Wallner. He is also survived by many loving friends, nieces, and nephews.
