He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heyer and Ione Heyer; his stepparents, Oscar and Elizabeth Nordeen; his siblings, Jerry Heyer and Janice Lee; his sister-in-law Judy Gaines; and his great grandchild Baby Moeller.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heyer; his children, Alan Heyer (Elizabeth), Angela Wyss (John), Catherine Stamper (Kevin Peterson) and Sheila Voster (Jim); his siblings, Georgia Leverty and Dennis Heyer; his grandchildren, Jeremy Heyer, Bradley Heyer, Jacob Heyer, Alexandra Austin, Samantha Moeller, Oscar Wyss, Becca Wyss, Drew Stamper, John Stamper, Jake Stamper, Brittany Bakos and Ashley McClelland; his great grandchildren, Michael, Coby, Violet, Ivy, Mayva, Mara, Merik, Drew Jr., Nevaeh, Maia, Luke, Aubrey, Mackenzie and Riley; and his close friend Lyle Carlson.
