He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman B. Woodruff and Isabelle Woodruff (Henneman); his son David Dell; his brother William; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Peck and Richard McLernon.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean; his daughters, Linda Rodney (John), Sally Pathos (James) and Ellen Woodruff (Randy Nowak); his grandchildren, George Rodney, Anastasia Jacklitch (Reece), Danielle Pathos, Mollie and Ben Hall; his siblings, Donald (Clarice), Jean Peck, Dorothy McLernon and Flo Danielson (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Barbara Woodruff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Trinity United Methodist Church, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
