He is survived by: his children, Michelle Johnson (Steve) of Forest Lake, MN, Joel Oltman (Cheryl) of Mankato, MN and Mike Oltman (Nyki) of Albertville, MN; his stepchildren, Ann Caza of Bayport, MN and Scott Chilko (Cassie) of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Barbara Burgess of Hillsbourgh, NC, Pat Blood of Bloomington, MN and Glen Oltman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
