He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Nelson and Ruth Manila Nelson (Busch); his son Randy; his brother-in-law Richard Cripe; and also, Myrna, Roger Mattison, Jean and Don Dalrymple.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Nelson (Cripe); his daughter Sally Chinn (William); his daughter-in-law Audrey Nelson; and his sister-in-law Doni Cripe. He is also survived by five granddaughters, and seven great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chippewa Valley Bible Church (531 E South Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Prairie View Cemetery (4061 N Prairie View Rd, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729).
