He is survived by: his pet Duffy Moocow McKraken; his mother Sharon Vasel; his siblings, Jim, Chris Vasel (Amanda Hayworth) and Deb Freund (Dan Freund); his children, Justin, Paige and Alex Vasel; the mother of his children Jennifer Olson; his grandson Oliver Vasel; and his close friend Michelle Lane.
