He is survived by: his daughter Abigail Moore; his mother Dana Phernetton; his stepfather Mark Phernetton of Chippewa Falls; his siblings, Erin Sprague (Tony) of Colfax, Ryan Moore of Rice Lake and Megan Moore of Madison; his stepmother Cassie Moore (Ron Olson) of Comstock; and his grandparents, LaVonne, Wallace Anderson of Frederic and Rose Phernetton of Webster. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
