He was predeceased by: his stepfather Art Meyer; his brother Jim Hayes; and his close friends, Doris Frohn and Dennis Trott. He is survived by: his mother Carol Carroll; his wife Lisa Frohn; his grandson Kameryn; his children, Josh Hayes and Kristie; his grandchild Baby Albee; his father Stanley "Pork" Hayes; his stepmother Louise Hayes; and his siblings, Greg Hayes, Gary Hayes, Kelly Hayes, Donna Hayes (Chad Niblett), Cindy Freeman (Vern) and Pam Houghton (Don). He is also survived by extended family, and many special friends.
