It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell C. Rowan of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Rowan and Dorothy Rowan (Ritzinger); his sons, Tony and Mike Rowan; and his brother Dennis Rowan.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Meinen; his children, Jeff Rowan of Chippewa Falls, Cindy Beland (Cliff) of Columbus, GA, Sheila Sherman (Jim) of Chippewa Falls and Lori Huber of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his siblings, Tim Rowan of New Hampshire, Roberta Culbert (Larry) of Eau Claire, Carol Shepard (Bill) of Chippewa Falls, Nancy Normand (Dan) of Chippewa Falls and Julie Brumfiel (Tarry) of Nevada. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
