He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wiensch and Catherine Wiensch (Tomaschek); his wife Joan Hable of Paul's Catholic Church; his daughter Joleen Wiensch; and his siblings, Eugene Wiensch, Mary Blanchard and Gladys Rubenzer.
He is survived by: his children, David (Julie) of Holcombe, Steven (Kim) of Cadott, Daniel (Michelle) of Cornell and Susan Zwiefelhofer (Bruce) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Josh Wiensch (Qiao), Eric Wiensch (Ashley), Karley, Jake Wiensch, Libby Wiensch, Jason, Justin Zwiefelhofer and Danielle Hoover (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Molly, Leila, Emma and Olivia Wiensch. He is also survived by his family, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (117 Allen St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
