He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Boulley and Charlotte Boulley (Lewis); his niece Sandy St; his friend Dennis Whitebird; and his pet Little Bear.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Isabella, Brianna, Trinity, Jonathon, DeAndre and Christa; his stepchildren, Michael Myers and Jean Myers; his stepgrandchildren, Katryna (Joey), Angela and Zachary; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Quinnly, Karlyah and Oaklee; and his siblings, Betty Rien (Bill), Mike Berlin (Pat), Steve Boulley (Debby), Ken Boulley, JoAnn Boulley, Dale Stone (Mike) and Tina Boulley (Dan Rufus). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
