He is survived by: his children, Jackie Clark (Mark) and Daniel; his grandchildren, Trisha, Brian Tuschl, David Kelly (Mikey), Jenna Sloan and Zach Clark; his great grandchildren, Brian, Brison, Asher, Regan, Sabyne, Caiden, Jordyn and Xzavier; and his siblings, Peggy Serum, Mickie Beauchamp (Sharon) and David Beauchamp (Sheila).
