He was predeceased by: his father Henry Nayes; his wife Betty; and his siblings, Marinus, Henry, Ralph, Roy, John, Harold, Loretta Prpish and Willard.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Murphy (Jack), Roxy Harvey (John), Jim (Jill), Gerry (Diane) and Dan (Gail). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
