He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Kenneth J. Lembezeder; his grandparents, Michael, Helen Lembezeder, Harry and Mary Bennett; and his uncle John Schmidt.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Lembezeder (Bennett) of Chippewa Falls; his siblings, Kathy Lembezeder (Dan Masterpole) of Bloomer, Ann Broste (Perry) of Hugo, MN, Theresa Cleereman (Charles) of Plainfield, Susan Walasek (Ed) of Park Falls, Lynn Newton (Jeff) of Chippewa Falls and Mike Lembezeder (Gina) of Muskego; his aunt Mary Schmidt of Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Jackie, Rebecca, Claude Cleereman, Madeline, Marilyn, Luke Newton, Elliana Walasek, Mikey Lembezeder and Kiley Broste; and his cousins, Dr. Andrew Schmidt (Wendy) and Nathan Schmidt (Kara).
