He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Jensen and Lillian Jensen (O'Brien); his sons, Kevin Nelson and Cory Nelson; and his brother Ellis Jensen.
He is survived by: his son Clay Jensen (Amy Drees) of Eau Claire; and his stepchildren, Carter Nelson (Robin) of Chetek, Tammy (Al Olson) of Sheboygan, Sue Hawkins (Don) of Chippewa Falls and Pat Wells. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
