He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald McLaughlin and Jeannette McLaughlin (Jenister); his son John McLaughlin; his stepdaughter Heather Aichele; his granddaughter Ocean Decise; and his brother-in-law Doc Coe.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Decise; his children, Patricia Danielson (Eric), Heath Williams (Holly), Haley Seffens (Christopher) and Yves Decise-McLaughlin; his grandchildren, Samantha Segarra (Clint), Bryce Stezka (Megan), Heather Snyder (Josiah), Kellan McLaughlin, Edison, Everett and Emsley Seffens; and his sisters, Peggy Coe, Pam Bush (Charlie) and Becky Spence (Steve). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
