She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Smetana and Theresa Smetana (Zwiefelhofer); her husband Gordon Supple; her brothers, Clifford and Lester; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Smetana.

She is survived by: her nephew Steven Smetana (Tina) of Corpus Christi, TX. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
