He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morning and Elizabeth "Babe" Morning (Custer); his brother John Morning Jr.; his brother-in-law Eugene Bilse; his cousin Ed Lien; and also, John and Mary Higbie.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Higbie of Chippewa Falls; his siblings, Patrick Morning (Dorothy) of Elk Mound, Bonnie Gravunder (Gary "Gunner") of Bloomer, Rita Stolt (Gary "Bubba") of Bloomer and Jenny Starck (Rick) of Cadott; his sister-in-law Paulette Morning of Evansville; his cousins, JoAnne Lien of Madison and Arnold Miller (Julie) of Madison; and his parents-in-law, John Higbie (Mary Jane), Jane Sankey (Greg), Joan Bilse and Jean Matchim (Walter). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, godchildren other relatives and friends.
