He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Helen Kouba and Walter Pagenkopf. He is survived by: his father Mark Kouba (Pat); his wife Ann Kouba (Drinkman); his children, Jack and Raylee; his mother Barbara Kouba-Prewitt (Joe); his brother Tom Kouba (Amy Doman); his nephew Carter; and his grandmother Mary Pagenkopf. He is also survived by in-laws, niece, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the BIG Elk Creek Lutheran Church (6118 County Rd M, Elk Mound, WI 54739). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:45 AM at the BIG Elk Creek Lutheran Cemetery (6118 County Rd M, Elk Mound, WI 54739).
