He was predeceased by: his mother Lois McIlquham (Siddons). He is survived by: his father Earl McIlquham; his wife Jean Sarauer; his children, Lisa Forster (Nathan) of Menomonie, Russel McIlquham (Mary) of Chippewa Falls and Denise Eder (Seth) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Bennett, Lucy McIlquham, Bianca, Mac and Violet Eder; and his siblings, Glen McIlquham (Pam), Ann Crogg (Dan) and Brent McIlquham (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and many friends.
