Leatrice Dirks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leatrice Dirks (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Melrose, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sonenberg and Mina Sonenberg; her sister Lois; and her husband Bob. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dirks (Theresa Armijo) of Albuquerque, NM and Donna Meier (Bill) of Chippewa Falls; her grandchildren, Travis Meier, Kevin Meier (Karrie), Carla Golden (Tom), Jerod Meier and Sarah Waak (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Gillian Rose, Lillian Leatrice, Jaiden Marie, Jonah Robert, Thomas John, Otto Ewald, Lydia Marie and Claira Ann.
Due to Covid, and friends and family not being able to gather at this time, a service will be planned at a later date to be determined.
Memorials may be made to the Community Foundation of Chippewa County, Bob and Lea Dirks Coast to Coast Hardware Store Endowment Fund, or the First Presbyterian Church.
