We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2025, at the age of 87, Lawrence G. Yankee of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away. Though Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Yankee and Mary Yankee (O'Reilly); and his niece Lori Yankee. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Yankee (Jean) of Round Lake, IL; his nephew Mark Yankee; his niece Tanya Kolb (Larry); and his close friend Renee Severson (Phil).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (117 Allen St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
