He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blake and Anna Blake (Lossau); his granddaughter Jennifer Rose; his sister Dorothy Sorenson; his brother-in-law Harold Sorenson; his brother Donald Blake; his sister-in-law Ruth Blake; his brother Walter; and his grandmothers, Olga Fischer, Helen Page and Leona Mondloh.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Taylor; his children, Linda Krarup of Chippewa Falls, Karles Blake of Chippewa Falls, Joseph Blake of Chippewa Falls and Bradley Blake (Rebecca) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Samuel Krarup of Chippewa Falls, Kortney Blake (Sean Martin) of Cadott, Jordan Blake (Brittany Daniels) of Chippewa Falls and Nathan Blake of Chippewa Falls; his sister Joanne Pagel of Eau Claire; his godchildren, Susan Hakes, Caryn Wikan, George, Jim Taylor and Dan Pagel; and also, Ron Mueller and Zion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
