He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McKenzie and Janet McKenzie (Brockhaus); his sisters, Sharon McKenzie and Alice Wiley; and his niece Lisa McKenzie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald "Butch" of Oakdale, David (Pam) of Onalaska, Robert (Cindy) of Island Lake, IL, Debra Engleman (Tim) of Ham Lake, MN and Karen Elsing (Ron) of Camp Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews and other relatives and friends.
