He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Florence Gustavson; and his son Hayden Gustavson. He is survived by: his parent Diane Gustavson of Chippewa Falls; his sister Jamie Gustavson of Cornell; his daughter Addison; and also Lori Peck. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
