He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Hrdlicka and Beatrice Hrdlicka (Kropacek); his son Paul Hrdlicka; and his siblings, Edward, Albert, Donald Hrdlicka and Lillian Goodman.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bahr; and his children, Steven (Tammy) of Eau Claire, Jeffrey (Kim) of Eau Claire, Mark of Eau Claire, Timothy Hrdlicka of Eau Claire, Joseph Hrdlicka of Chippewa Falls and Dawn Hrdlicka of Eau Claire. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
