Johnson (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay B. Johnson and Felice Johnson (Martinez); and his siblings, Dan Martinez of Chippewa Falls and Deena Hintz (John Andre) of Elk Mound.
