She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Hays and Genevieve Hays (Hoehn); her daughter Cyndy Geissler; and her brothers, Roger, Jack, Tom, Bob, Jerry, James Hays and Henry Hays.

She is survived by: her children, James Worthington (Debbie) of Frederic, WI, Rebecca Havely of Houston, TX and Theresa Worthington of Frederic; and her siblings, Michael Hays (Kerry) of McCall, Idaho, Margaret Schoenberg (Kenneth) of Chippewa Falls and Constance Hays of Mounds View, MN. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
