Jean V. Christenson Obituary
We bid farewell to Jean V. Christenson of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, born in Hillsdale, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 30, 2024 at the age of 95. Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Arthur W.; her siblings, Percy Sattergren (Mary Beth) and Marcia; her children, Beth and Mark; and her brothers-in-law, Don (Marie), Merle (Louise), Leland (Cecilia), Richard, Roy (Delores), Red Williams and Harley Barfknecht.
She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Barfknecht (Harley) and Maxine Williams (Jim); her son Mitch (Roxanne); her daughter-in-law Diane; her sisters-in-law, Clarice Kunferman (Dave) and Janice Kneer (Dave); her grandchildren, Tawna Sikora (Tim), Brock Christenson (LauraCarolevschi), Darsel Shavlik (Justin) and Nathan Christenson (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Blake, Jeffrey, Abigail and Gabrielle Sikora; and her grandchildren, Alex, Olivia Christenson, Laila, Calvin, Spencer Shavlik and Clara Christenson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
