He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathrene and Joseph (Ellen Devine); his brother-in-law Daniel Gribbon; and his uncles, Hugh and Charles Mandelert.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Hillery; his wife Kathi; his son Mitchell Mandelert (Cassaundra Greene) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Tristyn and AudrieAnna; his sister Julie Gribbon of Cottage Grove, WI; his brothers-in-law, John Hillery of Chippewa Falls and Allen Hillery (Julie) of Boulder Junction, WI; and his aunt Jeanne Mandelert. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to First Presbyterian Church, CF Museum of Industry and Technology, Parkinson's Foundation, or donor's choice.
