He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Drace and Loretta Drace (Sonnentag); his wife Catherine; his son Kevin Drace; and his siblings, Robbie, Gerald "Chas" Drace, Beverly Rineck, Shirley Svejda, Coreen Bennet, Marlene Lens, Helen Erickson, Mary Zeilsdorf, Carol Kadlec, Evey Zubal and LaVonne Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, David Drace (Randi) of Weston, Mark Drace of Chippewa Falls and Dawn Drace of Strum; his brother Donny Drace of Boyd; his grandchildren, Danielle, Emily, Kimmy, Ben and Jake; and his great grandchild Sophia.
