She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oemig and Emma Oemig (Lange); her daughters, Julie Kay Beighley and Gail Marie Wajek; her son-in-law Ed Kowalewski; and her siblings, Clara, Helen, Grace, Ellen, Norma, Bud, John, Elmer, Edward and Wallace.
She is survived by: her former husband Fred Beighley; her husband Howard Foster; her children, Karen Martinson (Dick) of Menomonie, Barbara Olson (Gary Van Sickle) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Janet Kowalewski of Eau Claire, Debra Howard (Robert) of Aurora, Colorado, Dale Beighley of Boyd, Wisconsin and Mark Beighley (Sandy) of Devils Lake; her grandchildren, Kurt, Katie, Kari, Selyna, Janelle, Natalie, Stacey, Stephanie, Andy, Alex, Heather and William; her stepgrandchildren, Cory, Courtney and Bob; and her son-in-law Tom Wajek. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Church in Irene's memory.
