He was predeceased by: his parents, George Knutsen and Elizabeth "Betty" Knutsen (Robley); and his brother-in-law Peer Birch. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Gregg (Lynda) of Middle River, MN; his grandchildren, Jacob, Cade and Taylor Knutsen; and his siblings, Dr. Nancy France of Brookfield and Robley Knutsen (Sheila) of Wauwatosa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
