He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Roycraft (Rice) and George Roycraft; his wife Marge (Johnson Lower); and his son Roger Johnson. He is survived by: his son Richard (Sue); his daughter-in-law Gail Johnson; his sister-in-law Beatrice Roycraft; and his niece Barb Dukerschein. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
