He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Simon and Regina Simon (Braden); his wife Darlene Pederson; and his siblings, Charles Simon, Beverly Simon, Marie Pederson and Antoinette Ludwikoski.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Simon (Lori) of Sterling, IL, Daniel Simon (Suzanne) of Chippewa Falls, William Simon (Laura) of Salem, IA, Lori Lund (Paul) of Rice Lake, Julie Harter (Jeffrey) of Waseca, MN and Karen Stoner (Gregory) of Hanover, IN; and his sister Cecelia Newman of Chetek.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (117 Allen St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
