He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Jakubowski and Mary Jakubowski (Obermeyer); his former wife Mary Roach; and his siblings, Ray, LeRoy, George, Steve Jakubowski, Jr. and Irene Stubbe.

He is survived by: his wife Vania.
